Summer Reflections - Authentic Community

This week, Jan is going to be talking with us about authentic community.  Here's a little bit about what you can expect:

God created us to experience His presence in relationships here on Earth.  So why is it so difficult to live in authentic community?  There are a lot of things working against us but this Sunday we will spend some time reflecting on how to live in missional community in the relationships God surrounds us with in our neighborhoods, at our jobs, and beyond.

As you prepare for services this weekend, spend some time reflecting on the last time you felt like you were experiencing authentic community.  Maybe it's right now.  Maybe it's with certain people you know.  Maybe it's been awhile and now that you think  about it, it's something you are really missing in your life.

Take some time to ask God what you need to do to be experiencing the kind of community He intends for you.
