I love that a lot of life comes down to choices. It is that way in our relationships too.
Whether our relationship is that of roommates or of soul-mates has so much to do with choices we make.
The first week of this series we discovered that we can choose to "make love a verb". The next week we found that we can choose to have a plan to make love last forever and that plan is to put the other person first. And last week we learned that we can choose to see that the condition of our heart is just as important in how we feel about our relationship as the other person's behavior. This week in "Multiple Choice" we are going to discuss that we can choose to believe the best in the other person.
Don't we all want to, and in many ways, expect to have others believe the best in us? As we go through situations in our day, don't we hope and trust that the people in our lives will know us well enough to know our heart and know that we have good intentions behind our actions?
Do we do that for others? Do we believe the best in them?
What would that do to our relationships if we did?
