In Planning Center, you can "block" dates on your calendar so that we know not to schedule you. Say, for instance, that you know that this coming Thanksgiving you're going to be in Boise, ID visiting family for the entire holiday weekend.
Simply, log on to Planning Center using your email address and password. It will open to a screen that shows "My Schedule". (click "read more" below for all the details)
Once there, you'll see in the bottom left hand corner a link to "block out dates".
Click "block out dates", the following window will appear:
Here you will enter the dates you will be gone as I have done above. You will then see these dates have been blocked on your calendar.
Most importantly, this will show Chris, Dan, Malik, Patsy and me the dates that you are unavailable so that we won't attempt to schedule you on those dates.
