But what about in the other ways that make up who we are? What about our emotional health, education, and even in our spiritual lives? Do we reach a point where we feel that growth is no longer necessary? Should we?

I heard once that if you're not growing you're not really holding steady, you're dying or at least experiencing atrophy. I've seen this play out in my own life so I believe it to be true. If that is the case, then we need to find ways to grow in all of the areas that we can control, don't we?
I think there are a few things that factor into real growth happening.
First, there has to be a desire on our part. We have to be motivated to not be content with the status quo. We have to become dissatisfied with where we are.
Next we need input, direction, information on how to get from where we are to the next step in where we want to be.
Finally, I have found, that it takes determination, endurance, will-power and accountability.
Without these things, I find that all of my desire or good intentions remain only that.
Where, in your life, do you need to grow? What are you doing in order to do so?

In my Life I feel that I need to grow in several areas the most important is spiritual growth and understanding the True word of GOD and allow it to lead me better in the direction the Lord has planned for me.
Thanks for your thoughts M.
