Over the past few months I've had a few questions and comments about planning center so I thought I'd take a minute to address one of the issues I'm hearing.
The issue I'm hearing about is that Cypress Artists don't know how to get into planning center unless they receive an email from planning center.
Here's how to solve that.
Open your web browser (safari, firefox or internet explorer.)
Enter http://www.planningcenteronline.com
In the upper right hand corner of the window you will see "User Sign In" and two blank fields.
The first is for your email address (this is the one to which you receive your planning center updates and emails). The second field is for your planning center password.
You were assigned and sent a password for planning center when you were originally set up in planning center. If you do not know what that password is, click on "forgot password" below the password field and planning center will walk you through the steps to email your password to you.
